Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(five) years. [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] (b) Having experience in successfully completion of at least one number of External Electrification work includes Supplying & Installation of 1000 KVA Sub-station, 400 KVA Diesel Generator, Supplying &. Installation 1000 kg Lift. Supplying & Installation of 100 nos CC Camera, supply and installation of 200nos 1.5 ton split type air cooler , supply and installation of fire hydrant in a 10 storied building, supply and installation of 5kwp solar system etc in a single no of tender/Contract amounting Tk.1600.00 Lac in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years. The experience certificate for successful completion of work shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer, concerned department/ organization duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district / area under whose jurisdiction he has been done, as per format (Form W-09)for this purpose provided with the tender document. Self-work will not be entertained for the work experience. (i) Contractor must have internal electrification work Experience in minimum 10 storey Building in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. (c) The required average annual Construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 4000.00 lac over the last 05(five) years.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 700.00 lac in the form PW3-7 (Failing to submit in PW3-7 will make the tender non-responsive).(e) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
