Assuming work time:  1 month
Invoice period:    0.5 month
Certification Time:   0.5 month
Contingency Time:   1 month

Therefore, the minimum required liquid asset will be Tk. 6 lakh, i.e. 3 months cash flow based on the above assumptions.]

The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 22.00 Lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital substantiated by credit line(s), substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format (Form ePW2a-3), without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. The bidder must submit last 6 months bank statement [Year’s counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] .

Where
A=Maximum value of Works performed in any one year during last five years
N= Completion time of the proposed work in years
B= Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next N Years

Note 1: In case the value of N is less than 12 (twelve) months the value of N shall be considered as 01 (one)

Required average annual construction turn over: Tk 12 lakh, using a multiplier of 0.5.

The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 25.00 Lac over the last 05 (Five) years. [Year’s counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with Tender in support of average annual construction turnover.

A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [insert amount] under [state number] of contract(s) over a period of [state number] years shall be required.

The minimum specific experience in similar works shall be at least Tk. 21.00 Lakh; under 01 (one) no. of contract; completed successfully within 01 year, over a period of last 03
years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer.

ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.

iii) Self work or non-tendered work or work under Private Organization will not be entertained for the work experience.

Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:

The Tenderer must submit with tender: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade Licence. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate. (iii)Valid VAT registration certificate. (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Electrical Supervisory Licence from Electrical Licensing Board. (v) Valid BIN Certificate (vi) Site visit report with the picture of the site from the representative of PE. vii) Methodology of works with bar/Gantt chart viii) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC, & Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Tender Documents
