1. Tenderer must be registered in e-GP system. 2. Tenderer must have enrollment in the PWD enlistment Under Dhaka PWD Metropolitan Zone and PWD license must be renewed from Sher-E-Bangla Nagar PWD Division-1/Sher-E-Bangla Nagar PWD Division-2/Sher-E-Bangla Nagar PWD Division-3/Mohakhali PWD Division for the financial year 2023-2024, otherwise tenderer will be regarded as Non-Responsive.
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be 1.50 (One point Five zero) lac. The certificate regarding financial qualification must be issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the tender submission deadline. In case of credit facilities, letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted as per form PW2b-3 of Tender and Contract Forms section.
4. The tenderer shall submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate and trade licence.
