Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who have min. 03 years of general experience in construction works. b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 nos. similar construction work of amounting to Tk 13.00 lac only in a single contract in last 5 (Five) years. c) The Tenderer must process: i) Up to date valid Trade license ii) up-to-date income tax clearance certificate from NBR & iii) Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR. d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turnover in the last 5 (five) years of Tk.18.00 lac only. Necessary supporting documents (Detailed payment certificate) should be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concern department and shall be submitted with the tender. e) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk.08.00 lac only to be issued in Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit in the format as specified (Form e-PW2a-3) f) Tender capacity Tk.12.00 lac only. g) All other terms and conditions are shown in the TDS of the Tender Documents.
