a) Bangladeshi Firm/ Contractor having minimum 3 (Three) years general experience in the field of Structural/Construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor.
b) The minimum specific experience in Structural/Construction Works shall be: i) At least 01 (One) Contract of Structural/Construction Works with a minimum contract value of Taka 4.50 (Four & Half) Crore successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper). ii) Work Completion Certificate along with the Copy of Contract shall be submitted by the Tenderer as a proof of Specific Experience. Work Completion Certificate must be issued by the Procuring Entity. iii) Work Completion Certificate issued by any Non-Government Procuring Entity (Private Company/Firm) shall not be considered. i.e. Non-Government or Private Experience shall not be considered.
c) The Tenderer shall have updated Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and Last 5 (Five) years Audited Balance Sheet. Â
Construction of Building and Internal Road for Resettlement Purpose at Matarbari 1200 MW Project Area, which includes: (i) Layout Marking, Earth Excavation, Back Filling, Sand filling & Brick Flat Soling, (ii) RCC Works, Steel Works including Roofing, Brick Works, Plastering & Painting Works, (iii) Sanitary & Plumbing Works including Tube Well Installation; (iv) Construction of HBB Roads & Drain, (v) Electrical Works, Fitting-fixing of Doors & Windows, etc.
