(b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) crore over the last 5 (five) years. (c) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset (free funds/cash flow) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 3.00 (Three). crore . (d) Other qualification criteria are given in the Tender data sheet (TDS).
