Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC
(i) Supplier shall have a minimum five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
(ii) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods(Supply of Duck/Poultry/Animal feed) of minimum BDT 43,00,000.00 [Forty three Lakh only] under public sector maximum 01 [One] contracts in the last three [3] of years.
(iii) Supplier must submitted the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Supply of Duck/Poultry/Animal feed) of at maximum 01 [One] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [3] years with a value of at least Tk.43,00,000.00 [Forty three Lakh only] with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy or Manual work order, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non–Responsive.
(iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets is Tk. 48,00,000.00 (Forty eight lakh] only.
Special Instruction:

(i) Supplier should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate (2023-2024) etc.

(ii) The manufacturer must have five (5) years of experience on Duck/Poultry/Animal feed production with category-1 (Feed Mill) license from DLS

(iii) Supplier should confirm after sale services, warranty certificate and should submit documents that the manufacturer must have to have experience for Duck/Poultry/Animal pellet feed production with updated ISO Certification (verified through IAF)/BSTI CM license on poultry feed, otherwise Tenderer shall be considered as Non-Responsive.

Special Instruction:

(iii) Supplier should confirm after sale servises, warranty certificate and should submitted the manufacturer must have to have Five (5) years’ experience for Duck/Poultry pellet feed production with ISO/BSTI Certificate and category-1 (Feed mill) license from Department of Livestock Service (DLS) i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive

The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:

a) Original Catalogue/Brochure with full description of goods which should be made by the Manufacturer must be submitted along with the tender document.
b) Manufacture Authorization Letter
c) Updated Trade license of Tenderer.
d) Updated Tax Certificate (2023-2024) & TIN Number of Tenderer.
e) Updated BIN/Vat certificate of Tenderer.
f) The manufacturer must have to have Five (5) years’ experience on Poultry/Duck pellet feed/Animal feed production with update category-1 license (category-1, Feed mill) from DLS i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive.

g) The manufacturer must have updated ISO certificate (must have to have verified through IAF)/BSTI CM license on poultry feed.

h) Sample must be submitted to PE office (at GDRU, Jhalokathi) before the date line of the submission of the Tender (Sample needed for Starter Duck Pellet feed 01 bag containing 50 kg and Rice Husk 01 bag containing 05 kg in an intact bag), Otherwise Tenderer shall be considered as Non-Responsive.
i) After the contract, the goods will be received by different work order according t the needs of farm in different time and amount around the year, not by a single ofrder at a time. Authority may change the supply time and amount before supply and supplier have to be supplied according to changed work order .

j) Work order will not provide according to the demand of the supplier, It will be according the needs of farm in different time and amount around the year, not by a single order at a time.

k) According to the work order the feed ingredients will receive at Godown of GDRU, Jhalokathi. The bags have to be stack serially and separately on item basis by supplier in his own cost and management at the height of 12 feet in the said godown. The weight of a single bag/pack will not more than 50kgs. Old and weak type bag/pack must not be used. No cost against used pack/bag will be paid. Every cost for the said purpose will be paid/bearded by the supplier. Feed delivery formula: Read very Carefully. All the cost should bear by the tenderer in his own cost.

l) No prices have to be charged by the supplier for the pack/bag used. Empty pack/bags will not return to the supplier after use. Only the value of goods weight or with the weight of the goods.

m) Except the government and weekly holy days, in every working day, the goods will be received in the GDRU, Jhalokathi in presence of respective farm's feed receiving committee and supplier's recommended person. Authority may change the supply time and amount before supply and supplier hav to be supplied according to changed work order.

n) Any loss of govt. occurred due to qualitative change of supplied ingredients or mortality/illness is occurrence due to supply of adulterated ingredients, the supplier will sololy responsible for that kinds of occurrence and he will bound to pay for the occurrence. Due to increased the rate of any feed item no more cost will be charged by the supplier.

o) For any inconvenient situation the supplier's have no right to stop or delay the supply of goods specified in the work order. After the supply of goods according to the work order, the supplier have to be submit two copies of the bill and chalan each. This payment is done from the budget(GoB) provided by the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock through DLS to GDRU, Jhalokathi for fiscal year of 2024-2025

p) Income Tax and VAT will be deducted from the bill of supplier as per govt rules. If new/rule/type adopted by govt. for income tax/VAT also be deducted from the supplier's bill. Any letter issued by the authority of GDRU, Jhalokathi must have to receive by the supplier or nominated person. If the above criteria and /or condition is not followed or any type negligence showed by the supplier the authority conserve the power to cancel the work order and charged against supplier from the performance security, without notified Black listed of the tenderer.
