● A system with duel core processor
● 1 GB RAM or above.
● 10 GB HDD or above.
● Ethernet based Network Interface.
● Modem or mode of connecting Internet.
● UPS for power backup. |

Software Requirement |
● Windows based operating system – Windows XP, Windows 7 or 8, Windows Vista
● Web browser - Internet Explorer 8 or 9, Mozila Firefox 3.6x,13x,14x.
● Latest anti virus running on the system. |

Connectivity |
● Connect to the Internet via Dial UP Modem or any other mode (ISDN Modem / Cable connection etc.)
● Use broadband connection with minimum speed 512 Kbps
● Open the Web Browser and type www.eprocure.gov.bd |

Trouble Shooting |
If you are not able to open the eprocure website do the following:
● Check your internet connectivity if internet connection is not available then contact your Internet connection office.
● In case of slow connectivity - check the speed of your Internet connection, which you are getting currently. Contact your Internet connection office if desirable speed is not available.
● Clear the cache of your temporary internet files (open your browser -> Tools -> Internet Options -> General -> Temporary Internet files section)
● Run the virus scan periodically.
